- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Peter Donaldson is one of the best doctors at MOI - he was willing to work with me to establish a rehab program that I could afford. The staff is professional, compassionate and genuinely interested in improving your quality of life. Facility is clean and well maintained. It is convenient to have the physician, testing and rehab facilities in the same place. Parking lot is convenient.
