- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was referred to this office by my Chiropractor after a car accident I had about 2 years ago which caused severe whiplash and herniated discs. I was given Dr. Clifford Houseman and received neck surgery shortly after due to my issues and unable to function and work. My experience was great!! Dr. Houseman is a great listener and gives you the facts and options, and does not pressure you to have surgery. He let's you decide and always tells you to call him if you need anything, or have questions meanwhile. I never had to wait long for any appointments and traveled from Toledo, OH over the course of my treatment and follow-up visits, as I had moved after my operation. I read the reviews above about the staff and wait times. You must understand these doctors must be available to their patients when needed and must take their time in reviewing your medical history and labs, x-rays etc. Seriously do you want to have your Neurosurgeon to rush through your care and decision, they have your life in their hands, literally!!!!! I have the highest respect for the office and when I was in the hospital for 2 days, I was visited by most of the doctors in the practice to see how I was doing. So, all I can say is "Chill people," not everyone has good days and the best people skills, but the talent and commitment to your care and outcome is what is important.!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office is excellent about patient records. Although there may be long wait times, it's worth it. Dr. Soo takes his time with each patient.
