- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Citizens Insurance is the worst, I have homeowners insurance with them for years, no claims. I even received credits on my homeowner's policy because of no claims. I attempted to make a claim of water back up in the basement; they didn't even come out to inspect just gave me a flat out no on the phone! I currently have Citizen auto insurance; they have ripped me off, the worse policy ever, particularly someone who had years of a perfect driver's record.March 04, 2017by Marcina Cole
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Good insurance as long as you don't make a claim. When you file a claim they raise your rates so high you end up cancelling your insurance.
